Yoga Holidays

Practice yoga surrounded by beautiful nature.

Yoga Holidays are an opportunity for you to enjoy a different and unique vacation. Take care of your body and soul while you reconnect with nature.

Our Proposal

July 7-13, 2025: Save the date for our Yoga Holidays in English next summer, and check back here soon for more details!

We invite you to a week of immersion in Yoga, Meditation, and Nature in the beautiful Aralar mountains, located between the Pyrenees and the Cantabrian Sea. Our house, Perunea, is located besides the Ignatian Way.

Are you looking to spend your holidays in a peaceful and healthy place in a small village nestled in the mountains? Are you about to start the Camino de Santiago and are looking for a place to prepare for it? Have you just finished the Camino and want to rest and digest it? If so, you could join us in our home, Perunea, built of stone and oak in the XVI century, ecologically refurbished in 2006, and lovingly and sustainably maintained since then.

Give yourself the gift of self-care by…

Reconnecting through yoga, meditation, vegan meals, and nature walks

Immersing in the soothing nature of the Basque mountains

Connecting through shared meals and activities

Experiencing a house built five centuries ago that many have called a healing house for its special energy

With the goal of moving in harmony with the body’s natural intelligence, daily yoga practices are tailored for your specific needs, whether you are a life-long yoga practitioner or just starting out.

This retreat is offered only in English, open to any World citizen. If you are a student of English, our daily activities will also help you grow your vocabulary, conversational fluency, pragmatic competence, and confidence, whether you’re preparing for an exam or just studying the language for fun.

The vegetables in our vegan meals come from our organic garden and the edible plants collected in the surroundings. We can accommodate gluten-free diets, and if you have other dietary needs, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

About Perunea

Located in the foothills of the Aralar mountains, in Navarra, Perunea has served as a home and shelter for many generations since it was built back in the XVI century. The house is located besides the Ignatian Way.

Today, we share the beauty of the house and the place with those who want to enjoy nature and connect with themselves.

We cook vegan meals, with ingredients from the garden and nearby sources, being aware of the environmental impact of our choices.

Our offering
